With over 26 years of experience in Learning & Development and Operations, I’ve built my career around one core belief: people learn best when they feel connected, supported, and inspired. Whether I’m leading a vibrant classroom session or bringing energy into a virtual environment, my goal is always the same—to create an engaging learning experience that sparks curiosity and builds confidence. I’m deeply passionate about not just teaching but forming meaningful relationships with the individuals and teams I work with.For me, training is never a one‑way interaction; it’s a partnership built on trust, encouragement, and genuine connection. When learners feel seen and valued, they’re more willing to take risks, explore new ideas, and grow. Nothing motivates me more than watching someone I’ve trained succeed—knowing that our time together played even a small part in their journey. Those moments, and the lasting relationships that come from them, are what make this work so fulfilling. I truly love what I do, and I strive to bring that enthusiasm into every session, every conversation, and every collaboration.
