Currently, I am the Plant Manager at the Roseville Plant for HB Fuller, a market leader in the manufacture of industrial adhesives. I manage a team of 25 employees on site and am responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Warehouse Management, Regulatory, Capital projects, Maintenance and daily KPI\'s. I also set daily direction at the plant and perform active management of the operational budget. Furthermore I have overall responsibility on the development of the employees at the site. We recently deployed SAP and I was the site champion for deployment and project implementation. While the first 3 months were challenging, the Roseville site very quickly stabilized under my direction and was the first site in North America to stabilize.Through my leadership and the team on hand, Roseville was voted North American Plant of the year in 2014 and Global Cost Improvement Plant in 2015. We just achieved 10 years without a Lost Time Incident or Recordable, so very proud of my team!
