WORK HISTORY
Founder @Advancemen Coaching
Los Angeles, CA, US
I help men step into the next chapter of their lives with purpose, clarity, and confidence. Through 1:1 coaching, group work, and content designed to spark real movement, I partner with high-performing, growth-minded men who are ready to lead themselves differently. For the past five years, I’ve run a successful soundtrack label, helping composers bring their music to the people. That experience — building artists up, navigating big-picture strategy, and pushing creative work forward — now fuels advanceMEN coaching, launched in April 2025. My approach is rooted in honesty, action, and forward motion. It’s not about fixing — it’s about advancing. If you\'re ready for what\'s next, I’d love to connect.

ABOUT KEVIN KERTES
I’m the founder of advanceMEN Coaching.I work with capable men who know there’s a decision or direction in their life they’ve been postponing.Together, we slow things down, look at the situation honestly, and move forward with direction they can stand behind. After nearly three decades working in leadership roles within creative industries, I’ve seen how success can look right on paper but still feel off internally. AdvanceMEN Coaching creates the space to examine that gap — and move through it with intention. My work focuses on helping men reconnect to what matters, lead themselves with greater awareness, and make meaningful progress in their lives and work.
