Kevin Silk is a Certified Executive Coach and Business Advisor. He spent nearly 40 years as a Global Business leader. With experience as a CEO, COO, CFO and General Manager. His diverse experience spans privately held businesses; venture backed startups and executive level positions in large corporations. He has coached and developed hundreds of individuals over his career. He has built global businesses both organically and through dozens of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. He has been involved in numerous successful exits and has worked extensively with founders to drive maximum value in their businesses. He is an expert in resilience and transformation. His coaching practice focuses on individuals and businesses that are taking the next step in their evolution. Kevin’s mission is to help individual leaders and businesses to maximize their performance and value while honoring their unique definitions of success. All done with a practical approach and a good dose of humor. Kevin earned his coaching certification from Brown University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Siena College in Loudonville NY. He started his career with Ernst and Young where he acquired his CPA certification. He has done business across the globe in industries spanning Ecommerce, medical and financial Software, Fashion, and Advertising.
