Both my grandfather and father modeled this for me as they paved the way in the real estate industry. In the early 1970s, my grandfather became an agent with Baird & Warner. He always spoke highly of the integrity and professionalism of his office. My father continued that legacy as he opened his own brokerage and real estate appraisal firm in the western suburbs of Chicago. My real estate career began in 1994 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Finance. I focused on the residential appraisal industry and became a state certified real estate appraiser. Eventually, I earned my Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designation through the National Association of Realtors—a designation reserved for experienced appraisers who have completed 45 hours of tested course work above and beyond the educational requirement of the Appraiser Qualification Board. Between 2009 and 2019, I served as Chairman of the Kane County Board of Review, responsible for handling property assessment disputes for all of Kane County. This included all types of residential properties and a vast array of commercial real estate: retail and strip shopping centers, lifestyle centers, hotels, skilled nursing facilities, apartment complexes, banquet halls, golf courses, airport hangers, auto dealerships, big box stores, and bank branches. With an extensive and diverse background in real estate, I offer my clients the best customer experience, whether they are seeking to buy, sell or have an independent valuation of their real estate. I have a passion for helping others see the worth and value of their real estate asset, striving to achieve the highest possible value for sellers at the time of sale. And I negotiate the best price for each buyer with whom I have the pleasure to work. My promise to my clients is that I am with them every step of the way.

Following in his footsteps, my father continued this legacy by establishing his own real estate office. Now, half a century since our family\'s entry into real estate, I am honored to be part of the Baird & Warner family.My real estate career commenced in 1994 after I earned my Bachelor of Science in Finance. My focus was on the residential appraisal industry, leading to my certification as a state-recognized real estate appraiser. Over time, I achieved the prestigious Residential Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designation through the National Association of Realtors, a distinction reserved for seasoned appraisers who have completed an additional 45 hours of rigorous coursework beyond the Appraiser Qualification Board\'s requirements.From 2009 to 2019, I held the position of Chairman of the Kane County Board of Review, responsible for resolving property assessment disputes across Kane County.
