Assist the Project Manager (PM) with project deliverables and execution for Transmission & Distribution projects ranging in value from to Operate in cohesion with and manage engineering and construction subcontractors.• Work with procurement team (buyer and expeditor) to ensure material lead times are noted, and material is being received in accordance with the construction schedule/work plan. • Organize meeting agendas, gather meeting notes, and review for action items.• Participate in month end and quarter end project financial reporting.• Familiar with SOX accruals, estimate-at-complete (EAC), estimate-to-complete (ETC), inception-to-date (ITD), forecasting, and other financial reporting methods and terminology.• Approve project specific invoices, and ensure the invoice amounts are accurately in line with SOV (schedule of values) provided by vendors and subcontractors.• Use of TransformAP (TAP), JDE (JD Edwards), Hubble, and EcoSys for financial reports/reporting and PO/invoice verification.• Utilize and navigate ProCore for document control purposes, RFIs, submittals, etc.
