Responsible for $1.5B in sales regions with comprehensive and summarized reporting package to monitor the performance on daily basis for actual, budget & forecasting.• Formed business partner relationship with Executives Management Team by providing them with the means to understand their KPI’s variance analysis that compared to forecast, budget, and history to identify opportunities while providing them with ideas of improving their business and accelerating sales opportunities. • Develop financial models for each BU to measure their KPIs and project performance such as the Weekly Labor, Unit Cost Graphs, Detailed Unit Cost, and Predictive Sales Forecasts & Managed Vision Care measures. • Determines financial position by comparing and analyzing forecasts with actual results on a regular basis, led responsibility comprehensive and summarized reporting packages to monitor the performance each month in all critical areas – sales, expenses, and productivity• Improves financial position by analyzing results, KPIs and variances, identifying trends, recommending actions with ideas of improving their business and financial consequences of alternative methods• Guide the business on synthesizing large amounts of data into executive level reporting dashboards to drive performance and decision-making• Provide guidance and direction to 3 managers and 4 analysts to ensure accuracy, accountability, consistency, and optimize skill set to develop talent to adapt & improve• Works on complex problems and develops business cases where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors• Month end close – Ensure the accuracy of the financial information during the close process and help identify where efficiency can be established• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and increase profitability throughout the organization.
