As VP Software Engineering, I oversee Platform Software Engineering as part of the IGT CTO organization. I am responsible for defining core foundational technology solutions, leading transformational hardware and firmware projects, as well as the delivery of integrated platforms, games and systems. The organization (200+ Sr Directors, managers, project managers and engineers) has global reach with development teams strategically located to ensure we support IGT’s development teams and customers around the world. If a piece of hardware ships from IGT, our team has in some way contributed to its success in the field.In November 2025, I was appointed site leader for the Moncton campus that supports 450+ gaming professionals to innovate, develop and support IGT customers around the world

ABOUT KEVIN MCNEISH
Result-orientated Product Development leader with over 27 years of technology and business leadership experience. Much of my time has been spent leading development and cross-functional teams that serve a wide range of stakeholders and customers. Over the last 19 years I have been leading progressively larger game, platform and systems teams that deploy solutions in the highly regulated gaming and lottery space. I grew up as a developer in the business app space at FRx Software, which was acquired by Great Plains/Microsoft. While at Microsoft I transitioned from an individual contributor to management. I have never looked back. Defining, developing and enabling teams to realize their full potential is my passion. I thrive in a high paced, commercial software delivery environment. Partnering with customers, Sales, Product Managers and everyone in between to define roadmaps and success targets for technology teams is what I do.
