Manager / Chemical Engineer with an advanced degree and over 20 years of diverse, international business experience in large global Chemical companies. Areas of expertise include product management, supply chain (APICs-CPIM), quality, continuous improvement (Six Sigma Black Belt), business process management, and new product development.I enjoy championing change, and solving complex business and technical problems. I am very results-oriented. I like working directly with Customers and Suppliers, and cross-functionally. I have served on and worked with leadership teams to create and translate strategies into tactics and goals for respective organizations and teams. I find all cultures fascinating, and have had the benefit of living / working in Europe and doing business in Asia, Europe and South America. Throughout my career, I have always been attracted to new opportunities that allow me leverage prior experiences while at the same time learning and contributing to something different. I make people management a top priority, developing and motivating employees in ways to unlock their full potential. On a personal note, I’m married and the father of two boys. I’m an avid skier and volunteer Instructor-Trainer for the National Ski Patrol (a non-profit organization).
