I am a neurodiverse thought leader, who thinks differently in my approach to perspectives and opinions about problems and poses a unique position to address challenges in a way that others do not. This ‘outside of the box’ thinking allows me to be highly innovative and one of my core personality traits is that I am a Future thinker. This affords me a strength in drawing connections that most do not and an ability to add purposeful value including creativity through a stella imagination and lateral thinking. I have also developed an approach to challenging the norm in a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment and see solutions to problems where others don’t even see a problem. I am a highly altruistic person and have achieved measurable success as an executive Leadership coach due to a natural curiosity that is greater than my ego. Meaning that I demonstrate incredible listening skills, allowing me to absorb information before attempt to navigate solution-based outcomes. I have a passion for guiding professionals toward their highest potential, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of personal and organizational development. I have successfully designed and facilitated leadership development workshops and programs that have had a transformative effect on entire organizations.
