Kevin leverages waterfall and Agile concepts within Epicor\'s Signature Methodology framework to cater results for on time and on budget project delivery.Kevin assists in the development, validation and deployment of PMO assets and improving overall PMO practices. He regularly assists in internal cross functional team improvement initiatives and commonly assists sales in client facing meetings to help communicate the value of Epicor solutions and services methodology. Kevin has been instrumental in coaching, developing and mentoring of several manufacturing project managers over the years in the implementation of Epicor ERP products.
