This is a multiple responsibility role initially preforming the role of South Australian Manager of PSC and also managing the Telecommunications Engineering Group along with the PSC SCADA group. My responsibilities within these groups is to provide overall management and ensure the requirements of OSH, QA and Project Delivery are all of high standard.The Telecommunications group of engineers are involved in Telecommunications Design, Build, and Commission Projects for various power utilities throughout the various states of Australia. The areas of expertise are Power Line Carrier, Microwave Radio, Multiplex systems and IP delivery methods including MPLS.The SCADA group is engaged by ElectraNet to support their GE SCADA and also to provide engineering support for their new OSI SCADA implementation projectAs the SA manager I am also responsible for the commercial aspects of running this complex engineering group including project and contract pricing, project financial management and overall group financial performance. The role also includes staff management responsibilities, staff welfare and staff development.
