I’ve always been drawn to work that helps people find their footing early in their careers, which is why I’m passionate about creating thoughtful, well-supported experiences for students and early talent.As an Early Talent Recruiter at Carnival Cruise Line, I am responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our early careers programs, including the Shoreside Summer Internship Program and Leadership Development Program. My focus is on designing experiences that balance structure, development, and real-world exposure — creating value for both participants and the business.With a Master’s degree in Career Development and experience across higher education and corporate recruiting, I bring a student-centered, practical approach to early talent.
