The current world climate and its effects on the workplace propelled me to tap into and share my 20 years of experience managing a remote workforce. Actionable tips help them to succeed in building a thriving, supportive culture. My expertise is finding personalized solutions and bringing new ideas to any obstacle you face. Obstacles can be positive pivotal moments for individuals and organizations, and it is an honor for me to be part of that transformation. By merging my personal wellness philosophies with my consulting, education, finance, mindfulness, writing, and leadership background, I discovered a formula that lowers employee turnover, increases engagement, and creates a sought-after workplace. Actualize has consistently maintained a low turnover rate of under 4% for the past four years and has received multiple awards for our culture.
