At Actualize Consulting, I focus on creating and maintaining a thriving organizational culture. My team and my clients inspire my thoughts and actions on a daily basis. I enhance team experiences by utilizing mindful strategies to infuse gratitude, empathy, and communication throughout all levels of our organization. It is my passion and why I love my job. The current world climate and its effects on the workplace propelled me to tap into and share my 20 years of experience managing a remote workforce. I currently work with top-level executives, team leaders, universities, and aspiring leaders to help them establish a legacy, shift perspectives, and lead by example. Actionable tips help them to succeed in building a thriving, supportive culture. My expertise is finding personalized solutions and bringing new ideas to any obstacle you face. Obstacles can be positive pivotal moments for individuals and organizations, and it is an honor for me to be part of that transformation. By merging my personal wellness philosophies with my consulting, education, finance, mindfulness, writing, and leadership background, I discovered a formula that lowers employee turnover, increases engagement, and creates a sought-after workplace. Actualize has consistently maintained a low turnover rate of under 4% for the past four years and has received multiple awards for our culture. My first business book, Culture Infusion: 9 Principles to Create and Maintain a Thriving Organizational Culture, and my second book, Gratitude Infusion: Workplace Strategies for a Thriving Organization Culture, bring it all together; case studies of how Actualize Consulting has created an award-winning culture.
