ABOUT KERRI RAYNOR

I have spent over 30 years advocating for the people around me in the ways needed for the time and the situation. Whether its my family (love those kiddos and husband), my friends, my team - wherever I worked and wherever I played. I have found ways to fall in love with and grow my skills in anything I need to do. I enjoy it - even the challenges. I wholeheartedly believe that some days will stink, some days I will stink, some people will stink, some situations will stink, it\'s not possible to avoid it all. BUT how you approach it changes everything. Don\'t pretend it\'s all positive - show up positive. Whistle while you work, it changes it. Give grace, you will need it someday. Look back - not with regret but to see how far you have come. Share it.I love networking, connecting people that could help each other. I love learning. I love building things, processes, problem solving, asking for help and giving help. I have over 30 years of customer service experience, over 25 years in the Electrical, HVAC and Solar industries, in Business Management, in process development, in training, in event planning and public speaking. I have fallen in love with the trades and love connecting with others in it. Reach out - there is always a way we can help each other.
