I have spent over 30 years advocating for the people around me in the ways needed for the time and the situation. Whether its my family (love those kiddos and husband), my friends, my team - wherever I worked and wherever I played. I have found ways to fall in love with and grow my skills in anything I need to do. I enjoy it - even the challenges. I wholeheartedly believe that some days will stink, some days I will stink, some people will stink, some situations will stink, it\'s not possible to avoid it all. BUT how you approach it changes everything. Don\'t pretend it\'s all positive - show up positive. Whistle while you work, it changes it. Give grace, you will need it someday.
