   I am a Principal in Deloitte\'s Risk and Financial Advisory practice with over 25 years of professional services experience in the risk advisory space. I currently lead the Strategic Risk Management part of our practice and in this role I help organizations evolve their risk management capabilities to build strategic resilience. In doing so, I work closely with C-suite executives to help evolve their culture, programs and processes to improve risk intelligence and inform strategic choices. One of the top strategic risks facing organizations today involves brand and reputation. The practice that I lead specializes in helping organizations manage brand and reputation in a programmatic way to both protect and create value. This is achieved though early detection and sensing of threats and thoughtful responses to seize opportunities and shape perceptions and outcomes.
