Corporate Profile: A fast growing SaaS company with 500+ employees that has built a completely visual, no-code application platform empowering large organizations to build custom enterprise-grade software faster, with higher quality, and lower cost, all without a single line of code. Responsibility Profile: I am responsible for client delivery for Unqork\'s SaaS product with the complex workflow of large companies in the insurance, financial, medical and government space. Achieved in this role: STRATEGY I was tasked by the EVP of Delivery to build a Center of Excellence for the Insurance industry, Unqork\'s largest vertical. The goal was to standardize the framework and delivery model for Unqork\'s insurance customers, increasing the speed of implementation and increasing margin for Unqork. The initiative is in-flight, shifting the paradigm of project delivery, and getting great visibility all the way to senior management and the board of directors. MANAGEMENT I manage a team of Solution Architects helping teach the customer how to use Unqork according to best practices as well as teach customers how to manage enterprise software development. TECHNOLOGY • I was tasked by the VP of Solution Architecture with stepping in on an in-flight Unqork project for an insurance company before I had completed Unqork boot camp.
