In July 2025, I took over a Used Car Sales Team which was managed to deliver 34 units in June 2025. Through some change in process, continuous improvement of 1 percenters, and a change in belief to a \'can do\' mindset, I went on to lead them team to deliver 45 units in August, and 59 units in September 2025! This is all from a small yard which holds 60 units.Another key highlight was through a little bit of extra focus, was getting the group to place some importance on selling our CMI Secure Extended Warranties. This is actually a great product and helps the customer anyway.We went from selling 2 policies in June 2025, to selling 14 policies in both August and September 2025.
