Management of global labelling artwork development activities; from product launches to implementation at manufacturing sites. • Broad knowledge of affiliate regulations as well as practices and procedures of local market submission to health authorities. • Liaison between the markets, manufacturing sites and WIN departments to accurately develop, review and approve labelling text and artwork.• Actively participates in daily production meetings to ensure on time delivery of project milestones. • Generation of performance metrics and project status reports.• Monitor all artwork activities from initiation through design process to print release.• Maintenance of artwork repository to include audit trail.• Manages the routing and approval of artwork through Regulatory and the Global Label Review Team (NSB, Safety/Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing & Formulations). • Manages and establishes priorities and shifts in business needs to meet manufacturing timelines. • Verifies that labelling changes have been implemented into production as required to support global market needs. • Responsible for ensuring highest level of compliance is maintained throughout the entire labelling process and that all steps in the process conform to market regulations, Nestle mandatory labelling text, FTSE4Good and relevant SOPs.• Remain current on market specific local regulations, policies, and guidance related to labelling and works with the appropriate internal groups to evaluate / implement new or revised regulations.• Represents CLDC department in interdepartmental and global market meetings pertaining to labelling issues.
