ABOUT KENNETH BENEDICTOS

With over nine years of experience in program management, operations, and project coordination, I’m a results-driven professional focused on optimizing processes and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects across aerospace and technology. At Belcan, I lead technical project management for Blue Origin, overseeing procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of critical components for the New Glenn rocket. I specialize in building and managing detailed project schedules that improve lead times and drive team performance under tight deadlines. Previously, as an Aerospace Program Manager at Rayotek Scientific, I managed multimillion-dollar projects, strengthened cross-functional collaboration, and led process improvements that increased efficiency and team effectiveness. I began my career in engineering, managing full project lifecycles, applying Lean methodologies to improve production, and coordinating complex system upgrades—building a strong foundation in strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. I hold a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego, where I held leadership roles and co-founded SEDS. I’m currently pursuing my PMP certification and remain committed to continuous improvement and professional growth.
