ABOUT KENNETH KERBY

I have worked in the insurance industry for more than 30 years for The Cincinnati Insurance Companies. I began my career as a multi-line field claims representative in the Midwest in 1992. I have worked in several claims handling roles during my career including front-line claims management, casualty claim supervision and casualty litigation management. I began working in Cincinnati’s Claims Operations department 2003, where I played a key role in the implementation of the current claims management system. I was also charged with the responsibility of forming CIC’s Claims Audit Unit. I was responsible for the day to day operations of Claims Audit, Claims Financials, and Claims Technology groups and heavily involved in Claims Department related projects on a regular basis until July 2018. My current responsibilities include the management of our Special Investigations Unit and Claims Audit Unit. Acquired designations include CPCU, CFE, AIC, AIM, ARM-E, and AIT.
