The Center For Teacher Effectiveness (cte) educates and empowers teachers with very specific techniques and workable evidence-based strategies that can be immediately implemented in the individual classroom, school-wide, throughout districts, and states for dramatic gains in increased instructional time, teacher motivations, self-driven student engagement and participation, and correlated increases in student academic achievement!Teachers are empowered daily to work more effectively to inspire, educate, motivate, and communicate with their students for the purpose of providing exceptional instructional leadership, appropriate challenges, enhanced academic strategies, and compassionate educational classroom management that is results-driven and action-based in current research in order to decrease referrals and positively modify student behaviors. Teachers rekindle their passion and love for teaching while eliminating stress normally caused by non-compliant students and behavioral problems in the classroom. Teachers can facilitate learning, convey and construct knowledge, and foster a positive process of inquiry and collaboration in classrooms that is sustainable. The Center for Teacher Effectiveness (cte) provides on-site teacher training and development via certified trainers and supported by on-site implementation, and follow-up support.
