Stephen helps stressed-out and frustrated teachers to transition from survival mode to highly-effective and engaging educators by sharing time-proven and research-based strategies that can be applied immediately in their classroom. He is the owner of MyClassroomSuccess.com and is a National Director and Trainer with the Center for Teacher Effectiveness, a leader in teacher education and staff development trainings in the United States and Canada. Stephen has worked in the education field for over 20 years. For 12 years, Stephen has worked in the \"trenches\" as a high school and college Spanish instructor as well as a Basketball, Baseball, Softball and Track coach. While serving in the United States Army for ten years, Stephen also conducted Spanish refresher courses for Spanish linguists.
