Returning to Joint Commission Resources as a near-full-time domestic consultant was a natural next step in my career that has been consistently focused on provision of safe patient care. Leading administrative and clinical teams during my service with the organizations below has been a great training ground. I\'ve been blessed with many examples of attention to patient care and what is at stake. One particular blessing has been my career-long relationship with The Joint Commission and the innumerable surveys I\'ve attended in every facility listed below since the 1990s - not to mention all of the ongoing work to achieve and maintain compliance with best practices. My two years with JCR a decade ago gave me a taste of the impact I could have if I devoted my full professional attention to understanding an organization\'s reality and helping them achieve impressive safety goals. I look forward to meeting incredible leaders across the county who share my passion for creative solutions to achieve the highest level of patient safety.
