Meet one-on-one with students (BS, MS, and PhD) and alumni via one-one-appointments and walk-ins both in-person and virtually to provide counseling on resumes, cover letters, interviewing, networking, job/internship search, graduate school planning, and other career/professional development topics-Serve as a member of the Watson College\'s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee member with faculty and staff -Provide strong customer service to all students, faculty, staff and guest interacting with the office in both in-person and virtual settings-Assist with the logistics of virtual and in-person events and workshops throughout the year, including large and small-scale programs for students, alumni and employers-Manage all Watson Career and Alumni Connections facilities including scheduling inside and outside organizations, internal office events/meeting and student interviews, prepare spaces to the specifications of each client-Assist office staff with compiling information for two weekly newsletters and oversee general office email account-Support the Watson Dean\'s Office staff, particularly the Assistant Dean for Strategy and External Affairs, on special projects and/or data collection
