With over 28 years of experience as a CEO, managing executive, business development leader, and entrepreneur, I have a strong track record of success in founding and growing highly successful cybersecurity service organizations. Currently, I hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Americas at IC Consult, the global leader in Identity and Access Management/Cybersecurity. In this role, I am responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering growth, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. I work closely with our global teams to provide innovative solutions and ensure that IC Consult remains at the forefront of the industry. Prior to joining IC Consult, I led SecureITsource, Inc, a leading cybersecurity service organization, to global prominence. Under my leadership, SecureITsource experienced significant growth and achieved worldwide recognition, culminating in its acquisition by the international consulting firm IC Consult and global private equity firm The Carlyle Group. This marked the second cybersecurity professional services firm that I co-founded and successfully led to acquisition. Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in various areas, including M&A, organic growth initiatives, and the building and management of professional services organizations in the IT Security sector. My passion lies in creating and implementing strategies that drive organizational success and deliver measurable value to clients.
