In the role of Property Manager with the Kapiti Coast District Council is very all encompassing, from being the Councils Landlord responsible for all Council owned commercial and residential buildings, tenants etc and along with our in house staff and Contractors Manage all of the Kapiti Coast District Councils Property Asset portfolio, all Property maintenance services, infrastructure, design, upgrades, leases, security, condition audits etc required for all Council owned Facilities.We Project Manage all of our programmed Capital Building projects, major fit outs Opex maintenance works and also manage the Property Units many approved Trade Qualified specialist contractors that we require on a daily basis
