ABOUT KELLY COMFORT SINGLETON

Kelly is a lifelong resident of Broome County with over 20 years in the Mortgage Industry. Her experience and training has developed from the ground up with positions being held from processing to specialty product liaison. Her vast knowledge of products and programs sets her apart from the competition as she uses her extensive business and financial background to ensure her clients obtain the best mortgage to fit their needs. Kelly has an intense work ethic, pays attention to details and maintains a positive attitude which make the mortgage process a pleasant and positive experience. Kelly is passionate about being a trusted advisor to her clients through their home purchase and develops a lasting relationship for all their future mortgage needs. Kelly is an active affiliate member with the Greater Binghamton Board of Realtors, Elmira Corning Board of Realtors, Cortland County Board of Realtors and Otsego Delaware Board of Realtors. When not assisting her customers or Realtor partners she is supporting her community where she currently serves on the Board for Windsor Youth Sports and Recreation. After hours and on the weekends you will often find Kelly coaching her daughter, Lucille, along with sharing her passion and years of experience as a cheerleading coach on the High School and All-star levels.As an experienced Mortgage Consultant Kelly is excited to develop customer and Realtor relationships.
