Not only that, but Foundation Communities also helps with finances (tax prep, education, etc.), health (getting health insurance, physical ed classes, food pantries, etc.), education (ESL, after school programs, college hub), and they utilize sustainability in their buildings, and business model (80% of their operating budget comes from rents collected).
