ABOUT KELLY-ANN GIBBS CARTWRIGHT

I am a Partner in the Litigation practice at Holland & Knight LLP, based in Miami, where I advise clients on complex commercial and employment-related disputes across a wide range of industries. In addition to my litigation practice, I chair the firm’s Guyana/Suriname & Greater Caribbean Initiative, a strategic effort focused on supporting U.S. and international clients pursuing opportunities in emerging Caribbean and South American markets, particularly in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, hospitality, banking, and investment-driven development. Through this initiative, I have been actively engaged with business leaders, government officials, and institutional stakeholders throughout the region, gaining firsthand insight into local regulatory frameworks and business climates relevant to cross-border operations and investment.My work is informed by a practical, business-minded approach. Clients value my ability to understand not only the legal issues at stake, but also the broader commercial and operational objectives driving their decisions.
