Keith has delivered more than 80 high-quality, public projects on time and within budget throughout his 30-year career. He leads his team on the public and private sides of development, and is in active pursuit of fire stations and aviation projects. With experience on more than 35 fire stations that were delivered design-build or CMAR, he offers accurate preliminary cost projections. Keith completed FEMA’s Design Security class, a course that was sponsored by the Phoenix Fire Department, which earned him certification to conduct threat assessments for projects to the latest Homeland Security standards. In addition, he is proficient in Primavera (P6), Prolog, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), and is well versed in the tech reviews of MPE systems.

Willmeng Construction, established in 1977, is a Phoenix-based commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up and tenant improvement projects for the public and private market sectors in Arizona.
