With extensive experience across the aviation, marine, and industrial sectors, I\'ve led strategic initiatives that have catalyzed billions in investments and driven significant legislative changes, all while ensuring sustainable, community-focused growth.My recent career highlights include: Secured a $40M public funding commitment and negotiated a major increases in ocean carrier contracts, revitalizing Oregon\'s primary ocean container port. Established the port’s first economic development team; creating thousands of jobs while delivering significant ROI by driving industrial business aligned with state and local economic development goals. Secured direct international ocean service from Korea by leading strategic recruitment efforts, negotiating incentives, and overseeing SM Line’s successful market entry into Portland.As a strategic planner and skilled negotiator, I have managed budgets exceeding $100 million and have been pivotal in fostering robust stakeholder relationships, driving initiatives such as the redevelopment of marine terminals and the emergence of mass timber manufacturing.
