Management of and total accountability for a branch office in meeting administrative, Compliance, operational, sales and service, and profitability objectives of the bank.\\\\n\\\\n-Makes regular business development calls to solicit new business (loans, deposits) or improves services to clients.\\\\n- Oversees and/or trains/guides staff to provide clients with appropriate Bank products and services.\\\\n- Insures that staff members provide continuous quality service to clients.\\\\n- Represents the bank in the community through involvement in various civic and charitable activities.\\\\n\\\\nSales & Service Responsibilities\\\\n- Sets annual personal performance plan/goals and weekly sales plan/goals for the branch staff.\\\\n- Assesses sales results of the branch.\\\\n- Works with marketing dept. to develop sales programs and/or campaigns.\\\\n- Holds weekly sales/service meetings for briefings and debriefings.\\\\n- Supervises training of staff on product knowledge, sales and service techniques.\\\\n- Provides clients with appropriate bank products and services to meet the clients’ needs.\\\\n- Builds/enhances business relationship with clients.\\\\n\\\\nLending Responsibilities\\\\n- Makes business development calls to solicit loans.\\\\n- Maintains, promotes, enhances business relationship with clients.\\\\n- Taking consumer mortgage applications\\\\n- Working with lending team for business commercial loans.\\\\n\\\\nAdministration Responsibilities\\\\n- Sets annual budget and business goal for the branch.\\\\n- Monitors monthly income and control expense of the branch.\\\\n- Ensures a satisfactory branch overall audit.\\\\n- Monitors performance of the staff that are under the manager’s direct supervision. Coaches and counsels them when needed. Ensures proper guidance is given to those who indirectly report to branch management.\\\\n\\\\nOperations Responsibilities\\\\n- Oversees/monitors performance of operations staff to ensure all policies/procedures are compliant with bank guidelines.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
