Hafa Adai, I\'m Kay. I am from the beautiful island of Guam, a native Chamorro. I moved to Hawaii to attend college in 2013 and now reside in the very HOT but beautiful, Phoenix, AZ. I love to laugh and I\'m a firm believer in being 100% authentic with a no BS approach. I am an experienced financial industry professional, I have spent over 10 years working in various roles, including mortgage, quality assurance, compliance, and leadership. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the financial industry and have honed my skills in areas such as risk management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. I am particularly proud of my experience in quality assurance and compliance, where I have worked to ensure that products and services meet high-quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
