   Responsibilities: Full suite implementation for Novant Health and New Hanover Regional Medical Center from two different legacy systems to Infor Cloudsuite v11. Responsible for converting data, conversion validations, and issue resolution for the HR and Benefits business classes. Novant Health responsibilities included:• Responsible for converting all HR business classes, employee relations, open requisitions, and employee benefit data for multiple test phases and cutover.• Assist programmers with conversion mapping.• Maintain/validate data crosswalks.• Track issues, research, and document the resolution.• Lead CFM HRIS team through the conversion process and cutover tasks.• Maintain skills and credentials for WFM.• Post cutover support.• Benefit open enrollment – support, create test plan, cutover plan, and issue tracker.
