Hello All - Thanks for your interest in learning about my professional journey!I bring more than 19 years of leadership experience in the financial industry, spanning Product Management, Platform Modernization and Data & Analytics. In my current role as Vice President in Enterprise Technology Services at American Express, I lead product strategy and enablement roadmap for the company’s enterprise big data platform modernization. My portfolio includes next-generation cloud transformation, building real-time data journeys to accelerate customer digitization experiences, and optimizing legacy platforms to drive efficiencies of scale.Since joining American Express in 2006 as a Management Trainee, I have built global experience through roles spanning multiple markets and customer segments, including consumer and small business. Known for my ability to lead complex, matrixed initiatives, I am a patent holder, an innovation award winner, and a recognized change agent at Amex who has built strong partnerships across the enterprise.I am passionate about mentorship and volunteering, and additionally serve as Board Member for non profit organization in the field of education. I believe strongly in leadership as a platform for paying it forward and developing the next generation of talent.
