I am a proactive, creative, resilient and high performing Senior Finance Lead and a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) since March 2021. I deliver strategic plans that place the customer at the heart of the decision making process and achieve exceptional financial results. I am well-known for excellence in finance, administration, project management, business development, risk management and continuous improvement gained from more than 20 years of employment history across Construction, Manufacturing and Rail sectors. I am also highly skilled in Cash Flow, Budgeting, Bank Reconciliation, Managerial Finance and Communication. Delivering top-level service is my specialty and I thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment. My experience and training, together with my passion for building a culture of innovation and quality, have all served to help make me a highly effective leader and strategist. My approach to this work would go beyond departmental operations; I consistently analyse processes, develop improvements and coordinate projects and programs to increase efficiency and quality of service.
