I love helping people and small businesses achieve their goals. I love to hear people’s financial stories as it is what shapes their entire world. I love to fight for the little guy and see him/her/them triumph! I believe I’m fighting for justice. 2% of people stick up for themselves when wronged-I am part of that 2% and I will encourage you to be as well, we can change things! I\'m an idea generator that loves solving problems and coming up with valuable strategic solutions. I enjoy motivating people whether it be for business, personal growth or educational pursuits. I find great satisfaction in helping people and organizations achieve their goals. Additionally, I enjoy being part of a team and employing my can-do attitude, I love drilling down and finding ways to achieve. I\'m a utility player who loves adding new skills and tools to my arsenal of abilities. I also am passionate about teaching and elevating our educational paradigm. Students are individuals that are oftentimes not reached by our current cookie-cutter system and I want to facilitate a positive change. Unique perspective of higher education-Lectured for-profit and non-profits, attended public and private universities which gives me a unique perspective on various forms of education. I am part of the shift in our educational system having attended and taught classes online-On-boarded and developed a number of highly qualified educators to be part of new programs and institutions. I am also a Life long learner with courses completed outside of my BS & MBA: science, art, law, theology, organizational leadership, and philosophy. Furthermore, I have a technical background being previously Lead Safe certified through the EPA. I am mechanically adept and have often times spent leisure time figuring out how things work and repairing them in my home and automobile. Personal Interests: higher education, accreditation, program review, compliance orientating success in academia for challenged populations, strategic planning for diversity and inclusion, financial literacy in youth, young adult and adults, educational software design, green solutions, computer technology, energy industries, nano technology, expanding my global familiarity, travel, personal fitness, RVing exploring new places, meeting new people and most of all financial nerding!

   I have a team of professionals I work with to ensure we service the families we help with refinances and purchases. We aim to deliver a white glove experience and earn referrals and repeat business. While I manage a team and their pipeline I handle a select few clients myself, generally complex loans/files or a family that really need helps and solutions where other mortgage companies couldn’t or wouldn’t help them. I’m a specialist problem solver and strive to deliver education to not only my team but the families we help. I ensure that my team leaves every person or family better than we found them even if it’s only information or a future strategic plan to help them be able to qualify going forward. Voted MVP for August 2022
