I have been the only female Cement Terminal Manager working for Lafarge/LafargeHolcim/Holcim going on 15 years. I have many years of people management, effective safety program management, budget management, and project management at the Owensboro Facility and others. I am also involved with an ongoing project with CenterPoint Energy, concerning the removal of Pond Ash onto barges at one of their plants located in Evansville, IN. I have also been highly involved with Non-Profit organizations in Owensboro, creating budgets and other documents for grant applications, taking care of financial management, and new project development.
