In my role as System Coordinator, Advancement, I provide strategic coordination and support for advancement efforts across all 16 colleges in the Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS) and the KCTCS Foundation. I serve as a connector, advisor, and resource to local college Advancement teams, helping them streamline operations, strengthen donor engagement, and maximize philanthropic impact.My work includes managing system-wide initiatives such as scholarship administration, alumni engagement strategies, donor stewardship processes, and our annual KCTCS Giving Day campaign. I oversee online giving infrastructure and lead the implementation of technology solutions that support advancement operations and donor experiences across the system. I also coordinate the KCTCS Advancement Peer Team, facilitate professional development, and contribute to cross-functional projects that support the broader goals of the system.I help translate vision into scalable tools, processes, and campaigns that enhance fundraising and engagement across the state.
