ABOUT KATIE FENNELLY
I am currently working for Dalata, where I am working as assistant meeting and events manager. Last year I completed my masters in hospitality management, where I achieved a first class honours degree. I have spent a number of years living abroad, in countries such as France, the United Arab Emirates and Australia. I spent 4 years in Dubai where I worked as Cabin crew for Emirates Airlines. After this, I spent 2 years working and traveling in Australia. Here, I obtained a number of jobs, but the main one being a bartender in a tavern in a small rural seaside village in Queensland. My passion is travelling. I love to see new places (I am on country number 65 and counting), and I love to immerse myself in new cultures and engage with people from all over the world. This is my reason for choosing to do my masters in Hospitality Management.
