Starting with a revamp of World Vision\'s ANCP M&E, I moved into the grant manager role in July 2021. The Australian NGO Cooperation Program (I like to call it \'Australia\'s favourite grant\') is a partnership of around 60 Australian NGOs with World Vision the largest recipient. I oversee up to 30 largescale development initiatives at a time, including responsibilities for a multi-million budget, high quality annual reporting, sophisticated evaluation and learning agenda, donor liason and substantial peopling, both direct reports and indirect implementers and stakeholders.
