Review all regulatory agency submission materials to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with regulatory standards.Work with community partners to recruit and or refer a pool of qualified individuals interested in a construction career. Work with potential candidates and local organizations to increase candidates’ marketability to project stakeholders.Analyze information, research trends, laws, issues, and concerns, and share action plans to further Mortenson\'s Community Affairs efforts. Provide project and program level support to the VP of Community Affairs to meet all community affairs efforts.
