ABOUT KATHRYN ANDERS

I am a passionate and driven finance student at San Diego State University, anticipating my graduation in May of 2025. Alongside my studies, I have also pursued my diverse interests. I have immersed myself in various aspects of marketing, launched my own ventures, and delved into the dynamic realm of real estate. Real Estate- My journey at SDSU has equipped me with a strong foundation in finance, complemented by hands-on experiences in the Southern California real estate market. Through working with both buyers and sellers in various transactions, I have gained valuable insights into property valuation, market analysis, timelines, and investment strategies, enabling me to navigate the complexities of this competitive industry with confidence and expertise. Marketing- As a marketing consultant and founder of Kay Media Investments, I dedicated myself to serving clients by analyzing their existing marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and crafting bespoke strategic plans that leverage brand positioning and digital marketing to drive long-term success. On a day-to-day basis, I conducted extensive market research to identify growth opportunities for search engine optimization and to stay ahead of emerging industry trends. I also worked to ensure alignment across the teams I managed through collaborative leadership. Podcasting- As the creator and host of All She Wrote Podcast, on Apple Podcasts, my role is to establish proficiency in production, including content creation, recording, and editing. I also developed strong research skills for exploring complex issues and gathering diverse perspectives. I am currently studying abroad in Barcelona, Spain. It has been a transformative experience, that has broadened my horizons and deepened my understanding of global markets and cultures. As I am immersed in a diverse and dynamic environment, I have had the opportunity to expand my network, gain new perspectives, and cultivate invaluable cross-cultural competencies.
