About Katherine Dunne
I am a recent graduate currently on the job search from the Ohio State University\'s Fisher College of Business where I specialized in Operations Management, the top two program in the nation. Additionally, I obtained a minor in Women\'s, Gender, and Sexuality studies through the college of Arts and Sciences. Throughout my college career, I participated in the Undergraduate Student Government starting as a general body member before becoming a subcommittee leader then the Interns Program Co-coordinator. In conjunction, I was involved in the Students Consulting for Nonprofits Organization in which I engaged with various teams to provide assistance to nonprofits in Columbus, Ohio at no cost to their organization. These projects exposed me to work revolving database selection and implementation, social media optimization, and donor retention and management. For my first two years, I was involved in the Advocates for Communities and Education Scholars Program. We had a focus on community service in the Ohio State and Columbus community.During my third year, I was selected to Participate in the Fisher Emerging Consultants. This was a crash course on the consulting industry, interviewing, cases, and we had guest speakers from firms such as McKinsey & Company and Accenture. This expanded my knowledge on consulting as a whole but even deeper, my analytical and soft skills. I have had seven years of retail and personalized customer experience with both Soccer Village and Fleet Feet. I have also worked as a student mentor for the digital hub of Ohio State which provided incredible experience on the world of technology. Currently, my scope is wide for a position through Operations, Customer experience, and sales but has one important criteria: I want to be engaging and cultivating relationships with people. Throughout all of my life experiences (jobs, sports, involvements, etc.) I have loved it the most when I can work closely with others, help people, and learn from my colleges.
