ABOUT KATHERINE STANFORD

I am proficient in representing home buyers and sellers attracted to the Coachella Valley market. I have taken steps to be familiar with neighborhoods, schools, city governments and housing styles within the following cities: Palm Desert, Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells, Cathedral City, Indio, Desert Hot Springs, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Pebble Beach, Seaside, Marina, Del Rey Oaks, Sand City, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Menlo Park, and Santa Cruz Mountains. I have an in depth understanding of the contracts I negotiate for my buyers and sellers. I feel I am proficient in knowledge of current trends and pitfalls facing real estate transactions today. It is my firm belief that Realtors need to perform enough transactions within a period of time to remain proficient in their practice in addition to keeping current within the industry. As a Realtor (this is a trademarked designation) I am held to a very thorough Code of Ethics.
