I am thrilled to announce my promotion to Engineer II at Arcadis! Starting my career here three years ago, I\'ve gained invaluable knowledge in traffic engineering, digitization, software, rail, and more. I\'m grateful for the mentorship of Supervisor Ranzy Whiticker, the Mobility Line team, and everyone that has mentored me along the way. I\'d like to take this opportunity to highlight Arcadis\' Growth Perform Succeed program, which has been instrumental in my professional growth. For young engineers, setting ambitious goals and leveraging opportunities within your firm can lead to remarkable progress.🫡 Here are a few goals I set & achieved: 1⃣Being an Asset: Networking with project managers and staying on top of certifications opened doors for new projects and collaborations across states & business lines. 2⃣Expanding Knowledge: Embracing new challenges allowed me to gain proficiency in tools like Microstation, Power Rail Track, Inroads, Powerbi, Synchro, SIDRA, and ArcGIS. 3⃣Building Relationships: Within Arcadis, I prioritize introductions and connections. Outside, I\'ve made genuine friendships within the local engineering community, not being afraid to attend events alone and finding supportive peers in societies. 4⃣Participating and Leading: Engaging in internal company programs like Roots of Arcadis, recruitment efforts, and Local Sparks community volunteering projects has been fulfilling. I\'ve cherished the opportunity to be part of a company that values personal experiences and collorboration in all levels and roles. I\'m grateful to Arcadis for fostering growth and believing in my potential. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the company\'s success.
