ABOUT KATHARINE MELZER
Katie works closely with CODI’s investment team to develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries across the country and works closely with CODI’s existing subsidiaries to foster growth through opportunistic acquisitions. Prior to CODI, Ms. Melzer spent over 15 years in Baird’s Consumer Group working with private equity firms and multinational companies on sell-side, buy-side and financing transactions. Ms. Melzer has significant cross-border transaction experience having spent time in Baird’s London and Hong Kong offices. Ms. Melzer received her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated, with distinction, from the University of Michigan, with a BA degree in Organizational Management.
